i just downloaded the game....and i went to multiplayer.. and there are just tires...no rims..? is it supposed to be like that for a reason? the game runs great fps in the 80s-90s with everything on.. there just arnt rims on the cars.

Set Options > Graphics > Simple wheels, to OFF or MIRROR.

Problem solved.
