I tend to avoid eBay if possible, but this promotion allows it to undercut most of the stores I'd usually buy from on big-ticket items.
Essentially, if you access eBay through MS's Live search engine, you get 25% off of any Buy It Now purchase that goes through PayPal, up to $200 cashback per purchase and $2500 per calendar year.

Some purchases will get you instant cashback, but most give you the cashback (directly into your PayPal account) 60 days later. Whether it's instant seems to be entirely random (and up to PayPal's disrection).
