Is that a paper filter? If it's a cotton filter, it doesn't appear to have any oil on it. Won't be very effective in the case of the latter.

Yes, I do realize that. But that does not change the fact that the cone filter will not filter anything out if he fits it on properly. Who the heck tries making a 1.1L engine perform better?
