I just wanted to come on here and say that the other night, I had what I could describe as the best racing I've ever had from a demo server, XFG's round BL1 is a fantastic combination, and not only were there battles for places, there were no purposeful rams, the only crashes that happened were only down to the drivers and wear on the tyres etc.

LFS Demo hosts have become 500% better now that the demo racers have to have registered for accounts.

Well Done Devs!

Maybe you could post the name of the server, so demo racers interested in clean and fair racing know where to go?

On a related note, Dead Men Racing now have a demo server up as well (Dead Men Racing D). We try to do our best adminning it and to provide drivers with a fun experience and good and fair racing, as is the standard on our S2 server. I've had some good racing there myself last sunday, with demo racers as well as S2 racers.

Our aim is to build up a regular crowd of racers (demo or S2, makes no matter), while of course weeding out the numpties and wreckers

to a certain extent some of the demo servers are decidedly better than most. The main problem are those off peak hours when there are no admins around (and no automated reporting)

There are some good Demo servers out there, but there are way more silly ones. Although now that Demo and S2 has been combined of sorts, there could well have been a good few S2 users on the server, who usually keep the standard up
