System Restore in Windows is probably turned off then. Well, bad luck... can't do it then.

Its in the shop now.. some dosy 50 odd year old guy doing it that nearly had a heart attack when i told him i wanted 10GB's worth of stuff saving He turned it on about 5 times trying to get it in safe mode, looks like the type of guy that will nosey about too...
