I have just this week paid for s2 and moved from version Y demo to version Z full.

I made custom, interiors for the XRT,

but now all my XRT interiors are useless as the file has been changed -.-

Why on earth was it changed? I now have a folder full of painstaking XRT interiors i made myself that are all now useless.

Why i even bother posting on the subject, I dont know.

Not like the problem is going to be fixed is it -.-

Now my XRT looks like a bag of crap and i have to remake all my interiors.(wich im not gonna bother doing just so it can be changed again in future)

I played version X demo for the last 3 years and we fought to keep it alive so we could use our Xrt and the many hardworked skins and interiors we made
Was this done to spite the X version community 1 by 1 as they gradually move from X to Z and realise all there hard work is useless now ?

Today i made a rb4 interior in a test Y folder and upgraded my Y folder to z as a test, guess what i still have the interior i made.

BUT Not with my XRT

Am i the only 1 who thinks this suks?


Can i get a reasonable explanation as to why this must be cos right now im not a happy chappy.

also my neon wheels no longer work, my damn nametags dont even show properly WTH is going on ? ? ?

Because the old interiors sucked and and improvements were needed. That you were mucking around with the old textures is none of the devs' problem.

Like your going to use all of your XRT interior's. How the hell have you been playing patch X for 3 years? lol

Also, you could have made an normal thread and listen. Your hard work went for nothing? I hope so. Because the Devs made one of the best interiors now.

As people said, the interiors were upgraded because they were crap. I ddon't want to be pessimistic, but in a next patch, the RB4 will see it's interior lifted, while the XRT seems to be a final version for a looooooong time
So you'd rather create new interiors for the XRT, and wait till the RB4 is one to finish it

And btw, it's not a great loss that neon rims doesn't work anymore, IMHO

If you think any of what has been said here is genuine abuse then you are really going to struggle in life.

You were given an explanation multiple times, and whilst some of those explanations were a little short, and arrogant, they were explanations nonetheless.

The developers have made no assurances that any textures will stay:
* in the same format or size
* in the same file
* etc. etc.
