bok all
My name is John and I come from the Croatian and after a long time I bought S2 version of the game
but I'd like to some degree, because I see that they can
so help me how to insert other types wheels
, and various forms of lights and sounds of the engine

Welcome to LFS!

You can add other types of rims via BeSpoke (I'm not sure if it works in patch Z).
You can't add additional lights or modify their 3D look but you can do it with the light textures, try to find some in data/dds folder.
You can modify your engine sound by pressing SHIFT+A while in game.
