Very good mod. Great attention to every detail. Managed to catch your streams from time to time. It was a pleasure to watch the progress. Noticed only one thing. Interior textures are flipped when you use RHD postion. Otherwise, everything seems okay.
Good job! Hope you add rim texture to all of your mods, including this one. At this point, not my users have put custom rims on their mods, you did, but they are missing the texture.
It is the custom sky, that makes it looks weird. Obviously the light is coming from the right hand side in the original photo, but I didn't make it look good enough to place the sun clounds on right side of the composition. My bad. The model itself is from the LFS vehicle mods, made by Rubie. Thanks for your feedback.
It all started as a joke, but here we are now. We changed our line-up many, many times, total of 32 members were in Nayuka. But even with people who aren't in the team anymore we are still friends, no bad blood here. Yeah, we aren't that active in the game anymore, but we still hold our place as one of the best Live for Speed drift teams. Huge thanks to my teammates. Also huge thanks to all the guys outside Nayuka, which don't miss a moment to have fun with us, when we are online.
So here is a collage of pictures with every single skin design we used by the years. Nayuka Factory since June 2011.
Nayuka Factory is a SimDrifting team founded in June 2011 by Tommy. We were pretty active in the old LFS Drift forum, which is down now, but here we are now in the official forum, still grinding the sim. A lot of members come and go by the years, but...these things happen, we are still on the track after 9 years of building our name into the scene. "How is your team established in 2011, but your account is from 2011" Many years I shared account with my brother Vennie from Fast and Crazy SimSports. Some of you may noticed that we are now into the racing scene thanks to Mishu.
I don't think that there is any risk for the development. If there was any...Rockstar and Kunos would be close to bankrup, their modding community is huge, compared to the LFS one and trust me, they don't make them from zero in the 3D platform. And these mods aren't officials, right? But hey, this doesn't mean, that I support people, who steal products from others.
As for the main point of the thread. I think that their is a lot of positives and some negatives with the VOB mods. Yeah, the game is more attractive...everyone out there, which is looking for a racing game want to drive a BMW, not XR or FZ. But we have to think about the servers issue, because some of them are server friendly, some of them are not.
I really think that making the mods allowed, like you did some hours ago would boost the activity a lot. Anyways, these mods are out there from ages and they did nothing, but bringing people in and playing the game.
