Yes, that's the rule. We've got that well established. The question is it a start or a restart? A Jared points out, it sure seems like it is a 'start.' What's your interpretation?
Perhaps a collection of case studies could be appended to the rules for clarification.
There is a companion program to Airio, called Aonio that, among other things, will track some of your stats in both on and offline mode. These stats are stored on your machine, so you can only compare your numbers to others who raced at the same time as you, or to the World Records.

Session of Incident: Race
Lap and Timecode of Incident:50 --1:16:00
Your car number: 38
Other cars involved: 48
Brief description of incident: Under caution #38 loses a position to #48 after #48 passes most of the field on the apron on approach to the pit.
Tonight's event takes place at a slighty modified Aston Cup layout. Qualifying starts at 2200 UTC, followed by two 8 lap races. Track note: Because I don't want to deal with checking for cutting, I've removed a couple of poles from one of the chicanes. Driving on the grass there is allowed.
Because of the attendence, tonight's event was called off and has been rescheduled for next week, July 14. Please note the new starting time of 10pm UTC (6pm Eastern). Please see the OP for the new schedule.
Victor, are you still interested in crash reports for LFSRecord?
2.0.10
While moving a camera in LFSRecord, the program crashed. Unfortunately, I can not load the project (*.lfsrec) I was working on to replicate the crash. (LFSRecord hangs when i try that) I've attached the offending lfsrec as a zip file if that helps.
Edit: I can't seem to duplicate the problem. I reinstalled lfsrecord, and it's working fine now.
Thanks to all who attended. Next Thursday, July 7, is the first points-paying event. BL11R, with qualifying set to begin at midnight UTC. I will send out the password later this week.
