i have to say, that i won't be able to join this round.
my wheel or better my pedals broke down in the day b4 the qualy of the ky500.
so i can still race oval, but no circuit track by now.
hope to get an answer and a newpeday from logitech soon, so that i can join next round again.

the point you make is ridiculous, at least in my opinion.
in international law it is NOT allowed to record someone if he or she does not know it.
this counts for america and germany aswell.
there is a difference about the permission in america though.
in ny for example it is allowed, if u tell someone that u will record him and he or she says, no i do not want that.
if u tell him or her, that u will not stop recording and he or she is going on with talking, than it is his or her problem, but you are fine.
but that is not our point here.
the point is that we have not been informed about it,
and that is not allowed in america, germany or at international law!

this is what u have written in the rulebook:

there have been a lot of simple 1 hour free practise sessions where it was no matter of crossing pitstalls.
so for me it is not about that 1 incident with 116.
he won the race okay.
but for me it is about the rules in general.
if someone does not stick to the rules and does not get penalized for that,
i guess i can drive over others back in the next race an do not get penalized for that either.
again, just my personal opinion, nothing from that is showing theopinion of fragmaster at all.

This all feels very desperate and petty now. If anyone should get a post race penalty it should be car 302 for what happened with the two CoRe cars. All FM car's look eh? Really?

but if u wanna be taken any serious as a race director u have to stick to the rules u made and put out penalties if someone does not stick to them.

so if u do not penalize that, u know how my point of view from u as a race director is.

but i got to say something about the behaviour.
I'm part of fm as u know and we run ,at least in my opinion, the best public oval servers.
sure some of our rules like 'don't block the inside lane' will not work in a long race like the ky500,so i think deko's rulebook is nice for such an event.
but still, even if there is no rule, try to get advantage out of decent behaviour.
so, if u do not have enough speed to pass, DON'T PASS.
if u are not familliar with oval racing, i recomment to watch this video:

if someone needs a replay of a good drafted lap or race, no matter how many cars involved, just write me a pm.

i know that rule that u have to go to a pitstall as close to the exit of the pits as possible.but like it happened to me yesterday the car ahead of me simply took a pitstall in the middle. i took of course the pitstall behind him, cause in my position i did not know whether the were any pitstalls left at the front. so i did not follow the rule, but actually i do not think that i had another oppotunity. so how would that be treated in the race?
would i get a penalty?

practise was allright for me, although i got a crash from mister aroX123,
so thx for that....
but i would prefer another starting procedure like it is in igtc.
so safety car goes in earlier and the pace and the start is made by the leaders.
and the green flag just if it was a correct one or if a restart is necessary.
would make things way more safe.
but anyway just keep on practising guys =)

wait till u have wind and u are in a 3car draft....
they will go up to at least 145° so it will be difficult.

i have to agree with u totaly rudy...
i understand the worries of people, that more people will crash with those r2's.
but just qualify better than those people and u should be fine.
also it is less dangerous after a sc periods.

for me race was allright.
got turned around in the sprint but made my way back to better positions.
i had lag problems aswell, didnt get any dc but i think it cost me 1 position
cause i had to stay behing agarash when he came out of the pits cause he was jumping all over the track (but he was faster then me anyways, so
i do not think that i would have been able to hold him behind me)
but in my opinion it was not the server, just some people who were connected.
cause i've still been on the server when races were over and after some people disconnected lagometer was perfect.
so i think it would be better just to have a look at peoples pings.
if the situation with lag is that bad again in south city, rudy and the other fast guys might get into trouble while overlapping slower cars...
