I believe its something like "invert axis", sorry im not in game and feeling alittle lazy at the moment, anyways, you should see yellow/ blue bars, to your right if I recall correctly, those are your "axis".
Also, make sure at the time you recalibrate your pedals, your wheel is dead center, as you need to recalibrate that as well.
Only time I ever touch profiler is when I want to set the wheel for a different degree; "ie 720 to 400" or setup the feedback. I use it to start the game also.
its been brought up a million times. ultimately it comes down to how you drive. no amount of tuning could ever make up for pure skill, well maybe abit....
MacPherson struts all the way around isnt really feasble in a real car. rather than putting in a real car, i rather see the rear suspension model changed to a multi link setup (like the 2nd gen rx7), or maybe even a older rear wheel drive car setup with a live axle (like the 1st gen rx7).
sorry to bump a old thread, but, id love to see some kinda update on how it is?
since the pedals are farther from the joint, is it easier to move, or harder? how did you fix the clutch, seeing that a stock rx-8 isnt the easiest thing to slip?
my second prototype design, its completely different from the other one in terms of mounting. this one was really easy, as you can see from the picture all it is, is the G25s cover, fitted on to the "horn button" hole of the MOMO.
most definitly! thanks much for the comments, but yeah its hidden because its not that pretty. lol. it works though. function over form. hahah. ill try to get some video of me playing with it.
ah this is very very nice, now i hope santa brings me that dell 30 inch i want, lol or i could buy it after.
well im also going to start on my shifter project, im making a shifter "frame" out of some old R/C parts, hopefully i can get the right feel down first, before i try to implement any of the electronics.
just finished the first prototype of my G25 280mm to MOMO 350mm conversion.
*picture has been edited to hide the coupling device*
i will reveal it when i am completely done with the unit.
i will say that this does give a very very different feel to the G25, i think its alot smoother, less roughness even when using 200% force in game. the weight of the MOMO 350mm is nearly the same as the 280mm, if not lighter (god damn was i suprised that the G25 wheel was so heavy). so i dont think its causing any extra stress. alloy > steel.
all comments are welcomed and very much appreciated. if you guess what i used to make my hub you win a cookie.
i think most of the people that are saying, dont add this and dont add that, havent been playing for that long. most have join dates of 2006. play some more, get your fill of the content thats already here, and then i bet youll want some more tracks.
im most definitly willing to pay. saves me a trip to germany. hahah. the issue about splits? what about the versions? sometime in the near future, there will be a incompatible update, if you dont update, thats on you.
just came home, played for about a hour or so. monza time was 1'48'xxx. i think the AM2 ghost car is 47'xxx coulda gone faster, but i just cant help myself, gotta slide around in the chicanes, makes people 0_0. hahahah.
