2 things that ruin a lot of the immersion, despite the excellent physics:

1-Sound is a joke!

2-Force-feedback - more configurable - atm, too much strength to turn the wheel - too weak effects! (DFP here)!

these 2 should be on the poll!

i'm one of the silly guys who thought no one would ever choose the unlucky number: 13!!!

An easy one:

Please, please, please!!!! extend the range of "gearshift debounce".
Currently the maximum is 200ms, which almost solves my doubleshift problems, but i need a bit more to put my ageing DFP back on business here.
I must say it works well with similar settings in the almost unmentionable rFactor (please don't kill me...).
Others may benefit from this i guess!

Thanks!

well -it works to some extent...
if i use 200ms i get much less double shifts than if i use 20ms - but i still get them once in a while.
Would it be possible to extend a bit this range?
It's curious in rFactor i use this exact value (200ms) and it solves completely the problem!

Do you think i should post this in the improvement suggestions section?

Afterall there are many DFP users out there, and they don't get any younger - both the users and the DFP's !

yeah -that's what i thought - i also put it in 200ms - but not effective, i guess!
hope the feature is not broken...
i'll do some more testing and report back.

My DFP is showing some age, and i'm starting to get occasional double up/downshifts with paddles.
In rFactor (sorry for talking about the rival ) there is a text edit in which you can configure a small timeframe when no more than 1 shifting is possible. (e.g.200ms) - problem solved!
Am i beeing clear here?
In LFS i found a parameter called "gearshift debounce" - i messed with it but no luck!
Anyone knows exactly what the parameter means, or any way to solve the issue?
Of course, i could go the hardware route and replace the switches - and that might not be an easy task!

Thanks
