Huh.. sorry boothy i have no idea how to do that.. Anyone willing to help I just need another wordpress domain made off my 500 server.

maybe a stupid question but is there any other way to access the cpanel or install anything on it... i need another wordpress site and i only know the easy cpanel way

Got .. Just look at it now.. I tried to upgrade the theme as it was when it went down and the got the error code at the top i never got before

Recieving internal service errors on my wordpress sites not acess to admin panel.. just fyi

If you knew my REAL job you would find i have plenty of experience in things going wrong and how Sh**ty it feels when you have no control of situations. (especially computer issues) When we know people are making honest efforts their is no reason to put them down. Customers are #1 but they have to understand that everything is being done to resolve the issue. I have a huge $$$ investment along with my partners on the website that is down. However i have made temporary adjustments to overcome the some of the pain. With that its ok because some people have to understand what it takes to run the servers you do and the stress you have when they go down and everyone is down your throat. Any other server company is faced with major issues. The grass is not always greener on the otherside. Ok im done. Take care and hopefully take some time off when this is resolved.

Your services have always been great. Computers are computers and you can't always control what happens. Keep up the good work. When the webservers are back up online, I will be upgrading my services with you, as I know things happen that are out of a humans control. You have always gone above and beyond for some the side things you have done for me years ago with a webserver and its appreciated. I know you are working hard on this issue and if you could you would have had it working.
