This is the best LFS-video available, but the crappy youtube (320x200@15fps -200kbs) format is failing badly with this.
Higher definition (hd ) was available for some time, and it was just unbelievable, please someone make this happen again.
I had this, but hd-failure let me down.
Do a rerun on this, please. Reruns happens all the time.

Digital readouts at right upper corner are bad, just can't read those while driving. Too excited to check is there are option about those.
Otherwise this looks and feels marvellous, however I think it takes at least a week to fully (or even partially) understand all the changes, but digital fonts.. no no no.

I refer 100% standard LFS 3-5 lap race (which are 99% of all the races, I think), where all the lap down racers are those who have taken part after the race has begun.
Let's say you're 3rd and battling for 2nd, those late joiners have no reason to mess the actual excitiment, the very reason why we race.

Lap down (or more) runners should ALWAYS give room when leaders try to overtake, and also, those people SHOULD NOT to try overtake drivers which are lap or more overhead.
If I overtake a backmarker, and he/she gets my slipstream and tries to overtake, I simply block it, block 'til he/she understands or something bad happens.

But revenge in following race, that is disgusting.

I personally love the Nürburgring.
I've driven on it so much (in GPL of course) that I can clearly remember it's every turn in my mind (176 bends, if I recall it right). First time you go under eight minutes with 1967 F1-car is really an memorable moment.

But in LFS? Very few cars would be suitable, and the overall state of the drivers in online racing community, this track is far, far over the scale.
