Some of my favourite races have have been in the LX4 running circles around the FZ50's on the tighter sections of South City.

Figured it out, theres a little button on my keyboard that changes the way the function keys work, I must have caught it by accident.

For some reason since the last time I went of LFS (about 2 weeks ago) the F4 button which usually changes the display from fullscreen to a window is now minimizing LFS and opening Powerpoint. I'm totally clueless why it should do this and how to stop it. Help

Or you could make a copy of your LFS folder and apply the test patch to this, that way you've got one version of LFS running the current official patch and the other running the latest test patch.

Well its got a similar nose to the uf1, but the rest of the uf1 is a mini.

All I can say is take your time and don't overdrive the car, I was in the same position not so long back but I'm gradually getting there.

I've just joined the silver/gold server midway through a race and did 16 out of 24 laps not coming into contact with any other cars and set a new pb, but after crossing the finish line I got a message saying I'd been disqualified. What could be the reason for this?

At the end of the race how do you record a replay? Whenever I press 2 it just brings up a message saying that it wasn't recorded. I wanted to get a record of somebody on the stcc silver server constantly tapping me for half a lap before finally pushing me off the road.

So your the person I saw cutting corners then, not surprised you got banned in the end.

Mine generally don't stray from the 90fps mark.

Well I have been on holiday this week and all I seem to have been doing is progressing through the stcc bronze licence.

One thing I've noticed since getting onto the gold and silver server is that though the cars take up more track space there doesn't seem to be as many incidents in turn 1 as with the uf's.

I don't think its too hard to get points on the bronze server, just today I managed to get my first win not by being particularly fast but just fairly tidy throughout the course off the race.
