Hey guys,

Just wondering if someone could do me an Aussie themed helmet. Feel free to do what you like with it but I'd like it to be green gold and white, and to have the 'boxing kangaroo' logo on the back (http://www.sodens.com.au/images/boxing_kangaroo.gif) and maybe the 'southern cross' (http://www.sthcross-c.schools. ... es/SouthernCrossStars.gif) somewhere on the helmet.

Cheers,
Kyle

i had this problem with my g25 and fixed it by using the wingman software to adjust the settings for using the wheel with LFS. just changed the setting from 200 degrees to 900 and it worked.

as far as i can tell (which may or may not be right) the wingman software will override any changes LFS makes to the rotation or anything, so its best to change it through wingman.

Quote from shim :

with this, the prop shaft rotates 3.7 times if the final was set to 1.000, second would be 2.1 rotation to 1.000 and so forth.. but with this, the final is actually 4.488, the rear axle is turning 4.488 times to the single rotation to the prop shaft..

sorry dude, ur pretty close tho. the 1st bit is perfect, but with the 4.488 diff ratio, the prop shaft turns 4.488 times for 1 revolution of the axle. it gets confusing i know

Quote from Gabkicks :nope.. no mods are needed. it works perfectly on the pc as long as you have the latest logitech wingman software. do a search on driving force pro or dfp and you should find tons of stuff. either here, on rscnet, or on gtplanet. every question you have has probably already been answered

awesome!
thanks for your help guys, looks like im off to the shops tomorrow!!

hey guys,

this is probably a stupid question, but if i get a DFP wheel, i can use it for ps2 as well, right? the wheel doesn't need to be modified or anything to use with pc? do i need to buy an adapter to connect it to my pc? and can i get any add ons for the wheel, like a clutch pedal or H-pattern shifter? like i said, these are probably stupid questions, but im pretty new to this so just want to make sure before i go and spend my money.

cheers,
kyle
