They should make another proper boxing game for console. I used to play Fight Night Round 4 allot, even finished the game in my weightclass. I really like the development of the character and getting harder and harder to beat others.
But afaik they're making a new fight night for the next gen consoles.
I've recently bought Dirt Rally also.
Just gave it a go in the career mode and started out with the Alfa Romeo Fulvia. Thought this thing was RWD at first
But I can enjoy it so far though. Also gave the Audi Quattro a go on Pikes Peak but that is just freaky... It feels a bit OTT, but never drove the real one so can't comment on that
Some progress on the car. All the bushes in the rear axle have been replaced by better ones. The subframe mounting points have been reinforced. Engine is back together and in the car. Now fitting everything!
Fabrication is finally finished on my car, going to the UK on friday to pickup the car.
ECU and wiring loom are also done.
My clutch is being shipped today. Tilton twin plate clutch, will hold up to 900nm/tq, so enough for now
Only thing I need to order is headgasket, but we need to measure first what size I need. This weekend we're also beginning on the engine build.
Yeah, I was first looking at just buying parts myself and build it at home but I wanted something that's very competitive respond wise etc.. The equal flow intake plenum, anti-lag and decent exhaust manifold make worlds of difference. Where 500-600bhp or more cars get full boost above 4000rpm, I'd be around 2000-2500 on full boost. Specially on some more technical tracks it's a massive difference. I'll be close to 500bhp so that's enough for me. (As last year I became third in a big championship with only about 330-340bhp N/A (= not much torque from a 6cyl )
Here's an update to my car. Currently in the UK at a specialized company to build costum turbo kits.
Zurawski Motorsport. He's one of my sponsors for this season and he's doing all the fabrication work to my car.
Probably picking this up this sunday.
Honda NSR50 racebike. 50cc 2-stroke, 6-speed. Allot of fun and just nice to have!
Need to buy a racesuit and everything though.
Yeah I know, I really do like the japanese cars and the styling around it. If I could afford it, I'd buy a JZX100 and do amazing things with it, low, cool aero, wheels etc...
I also do enjoy kicking ass in my lower powered car, really improves skills. But I also do enjoy competition and I'm doing pretty well but just need more reliable power. 2JZ is strong indeed as you said, so I could always go that way though! Biggest problem is my budget, wich isn't that big as allot of guys. Adam's car is also a high budget car wich is out of my league. But we'll see
The sport is growing and so are the cars etc... My power is very low these days. If you have 400-450bhp, it's okay. Many many people drifting with 500+. But allot of them have their own workshop or just have allot of money
