Its still a prototype, so im pretty sure they have limited it till they know everything is safe and perfect. As said earlier i wouldnt go at 400+ km/h and the car suddenly burst into flames (well wouldnt at 375 km/h either, or 100 for that matter). Dont know, but i would guess they take off the limiter when its ready for sale.

its limited to 375 Will probably do over 400 kmh without the limiter, but as brabus have limited their rocket for safetyreasons i think they have done it till they are sure the car wont suddenly blow up at 350+ kmh

Where do you see any kind of R8 in that car? Cant think of anything that could make you think "R8". Its so radical where the R8 is conservative, if not boring.

There was a thread 5 months ago about the new danish supercar Zenvo ST1. At the time it was only a computer animated sketch, but now the real thing is build and working.

Denmark have never really got into the car manifacturing business, only in design the danes have got a few things out there, like the bmw Z8 and AM db9 designed as you probably know by danish Henrik Fisker.

The latest attempts from Denmark is the arial atom looking "Roadrazer" and SuperSeven looking "Sondergaard".

But now the first serious supercar will soon be in production. 1104 hp 7 liter corvette engine with turbo and supercharger, 0-100 km/h in 3 seconds and a topspeed of 375 km/h.

The car in the movie is still a prototype though, but as you are reading this they are working on taking it apart, getting it painted and ready for the world premier at Leman 2009.

yea, allso if your using insim tweak there's a tiremod that gives you R1 slicks.. they help alot.

Ok, the competition is a dragrace. Who can do a quartermile/402 in the fastets time with use of LFS tweak.

Tune your car, do the 402 meters and post a screenshot or replay.

Rules:
You can use any of the GTR cars. FXR, XRR, FZR, XFR and UFR
You can use any engine setup you want. Just go as fast as possible.
Make it realistic. So the car actually use the horsepower you give it, ie. massive wheelspin from start to finishline looks abit silly.

Hope you will join this competition so we can get some awesome times on the board

My 4500 hp FXR made a time of 6.76 seconds.

0-100 km/h in roughly 1 second. 0-200 in 2,5 and 0-300 in 4,5 seconds, and a finishlinespeed of 400 km/h

Hehe, fine, just 100% sure then. But still if not, then you might get in the situation we are now.. its fair enough, but uncomfortable for both parts, so if i were scawen i would rather keep us a little in the dark and ofcourse inform us, but not as priceisly as "this and this date", but more "loosly" with as i said forexample "soon". Just to avoid things like this Maybe its just me, but i dont like getting dissapointed, so i would prefer to be kept abit in the dark till everything was perfect

Scawen: Just for the record.. in the future, would you pleeaas only post that kind of annoucements if your 120% sure its gonna happend? Im fully ok with the car being delayed, but i could have waited years if i hadnt put my nose up for getting it within the next few days. Would rather like to hear "scirocco is coming on good, and we exspect it to be ready soon" Soon could be anything.. such specific dates just hurt us, and as you can see and allready knew dissapoint alot of people. Then it would feel better to surprise us with good news that its coming out earlier than we all exspected, rather than dissapointing us when its not

Racing game, yes.. in racecars, no. Thats what i meant. If you can imagine the XFG as a trackcar with udjustable suspension, why cant you imagine it on the scirocco then? I dont get why the body, badge, or idea behind the car makes it any less cabeble of being a trackcar. It have all the adjustable settings as the rest, so the only difference i see from XFG, FXO etc, is the design. Why dont you flame the XFG for not being enough of a racecar either then?

And the other roadcars in lfs doesnt pretend to be real life roadcars? If you ask me they do indeed. Isnt that the point of a simulator? In the latests patches we havnt got else than updates on the roadcars making them even more real life roadcars. New interior and latests ABS. This is just the next step: Real life design.

edit: Ps. And yes, you havnt even tried it yet. You could get surprised
