Is it possible to convert spr or mpr files to avi or mpg files searched but had no luck if it's possible with a prog then could you post the site thank you

I started playing SL:R yesterday and but why the crappy looks of the cars?? Streetrod's ok too but the SR 1 and 2 are like:Kick_Can_ .
One thing pissies me off in SL:R you can install engine parts after you have placed another part on the car that should be taken off before you can install the real partillepall illepall <-If confusing then Example: You can install the crankshaft after you have put the engine together
