Speak to the dog every time you go past it. Say hallo, etc...
Don't do anything more than that though until you've had a chance to speak to the owners and if they tell you the dog is friendly, then they can introduce you to the dog properly.
Some dogs can look aggressive, even when they are friendly. (my brother's German Shepherd is a good example of that, all he wants to do is play, but he just looks aggressive because he gets soo wound up)
And other's can look friendly right up to the point when they attack. (a Border Collie I meet when out walking looks really friendly, tail walking, etc... till he gets within 2 feet of another dog, then he goes for them, he's friendly with people though)
So it's always best to play it safe until you know for sure what temperament any particular dog has.
Page loads ok for me, BUT, I am getting a warning about the following being found, and blocked, on the page.
amp88: After a report the original URL in this post was a "Google reported attack page" I have obfuscated the link. If anyone still wishes to visit it they can do so be re-constructing it. Be warned, though, as you may be putting your computer at risk by doing so.
15% of the HDD space is what Windows will tell you it wants to be free.
This is so it has space for swapfiles, etc... while it's working. Having less free space than that won't really hurt too much. Some things will take a little longer to do, but outside of that, it won't make much difference.
The 2 main reasons Windows wants that space kept free, is so that it can defrag the disk easier, and so that it has plenty of space to download and install updates.
It is more than likely to be run again this year. Both Scott and myself are wanting to at least.
The rule set for the 2nd season does still need to be finalised and the dates sorted out.
The domain is still valid, but the hosting it was on ended. We'll get it back up on another host once we have sorted out some more details.
Date's are likely to be approx the same as last season. ie. starting sometime in September.

Scott's wrist is still not right, so he can't race. Which left me and Rizwan.
Since my computer keeps crashing and Rizwan can only do 2-3 stints at most today, we're just not able to manage the race.
We're looking at having at least 2 more drivers on the roster for the final round. So hopefully things will work out better for that.
The fault looks like it's either the PSU or the motherboard, don't have the cash to replace either right now, although I've arranged to borrow a PSU to test if it is that, won't get the replacement until sometime tomorrow though.
Running some diagnostics on my computer jus now after I had several BSOD crashes last night.
Will let you know if VM Racing can still take part once I have the results.
If I recall correctly, you can make a claim against the local roads authority, if you can show the pothole was known about, but they either didn't fill it, or mark it out via a traffic cone, etc...
A friend of mine got a replacement alloy wheel when he buckled his on a pothole in Glasgow.
I've not watched the replay as yet, only just started downloading it. But our 2nd driver wasn't getting the blue flag warnings in game and so we were trying to advise him via TS using the remote. Didn't always work as well as we might have hoped.
If, after watching the replay, I see anything specific about our drivers behaviour under blue-flag, we'll address it then.
Depends on what is happening at the time.
If I end up making it down and combining it with a holiday, same as last year, then the dog will be along with me.
If it's just down and then back up the road, then I'd leave the dog at home.
