Oh my God it's true

I had this problem, what I had to do was take the side off my PC case and blow my standard desk-fan into it.

Never had a problem since. I got pissed off with this after a while and bought a brand new PC - good for a temporary fix though.

I don't know what was over-heating, perhaps the graphics card. Try getting a new one with a great big fan on the side of it.
