Hello there, so i've been a player for quite some time, i'm not any good or pro driver, i am a noob, but compared to the first years where there was tons of players online and now with barely half a track filled, it's all about drifts servers.
There is a serious lack of content in the game when it comes to cars and improvements..
In my opinion the game should try to catch the hype going on now on racing games, this is 2018 not 2008
And please no "another one complaining" "the community revives the game" etc etc etc
Yes i will complain when the game is not even improving on the good rate and the community won't play if there is lack of updates and new content...
Hello there everyone, hope i'm posting in the right side of the forum to ask for this.
I'm actually looking for various Car textures to use on various cars of the game, i don't really care wich ones just any(i got bored from the actual ones and would like to try iconic ones like BMW GTR M3, Nissan XANAVI, ESSO Supra GT etc)
I couldn't find any list around here, so if anyone has some links can you please share ?
Thank you
P.S: No DRIFT CARS please!
LFS is one of the best sims, but time is running and game sim opponents are overtaking LFS, let's be honest, the game is good, it lacks content and player base, Steam would help but also Steam community players that are used to Higher quality sim games would not give money into a limited game like LFS, so finish the product (the base) then think about putting it into STEAM
Also for people who says that LFS doesn't need Steam to get popular, you're wrong, LFS is most likely unknown nowdays in the internet; and everyone is only asking about games on Steam, who today would think of downloading a game from a website? Maybe before 2010..days changed and this needs renovation
As a Moroccan (same or less economic state as your country ), i dont think there should be any kind of crack for LFS, even on poor or third world countries, this isnt a high-budgeted game so LFS mostly is living by their own product, cracking it by a big amount of turkish people(that represents a big community in LFS now) will do harm to the state of the game, and it already did.. also people who cant buy the game should stick to the demo
Its like i cant afford a Ferrari so its no harm to steal one, while you could stick to your own car
Same happened to me, but i think you should put "yes" to empty and public servers, lots of servers would appear, yes its empty mostly, but i think after joining 1 others might join and start races, its just my opinion, even tought the community is half dead to be honest
Not all AAA budgeted games suffers that, many games took the lead now, let's be honest here, people wants to have a big variety of content nowdays, most people would buy another game because well it has lots of tracks and cars plus a Online Multiplayer that is easy to access
I know LFS has one of the best Online services when it comes to multiplayer, but still lacks simple interactive things
I'm not sure it would be a good idea, Career needs a lot of work in my opinion, i would suggest to actually finish the actual development of the Racing Simulation (from A to Z), then think about adding a career mod, just saying that the actual gameplay is far more important than a career mod know

Hey there, never posted here, i'm 20, from Morocco ( i guess im the only one from here haha), just got hold of the S2 after years, using Mouse/Keyboard, Live For Speed is seriously the best simulator out there when it comes to racing physics
The variety of LFS content is developing very slowly, like adding 1-2 tracks on 4 years and the cars are so limited, i know its hard etc, but still the game needs more content, plus the game didn't get any kind of advertisement, i think on the racing community all around the internet rare are the ones who knows about LFS
In fact all of your answers are true, its just that the racing community is kind of dead or all into the FBM, because there is much more Demo newbies to compete against
I tried hosting a server from my pc but its impossible with the current internet of my country
ALSO, i think there should be some kind of public chat in the server lobby to invite/add/party with people to play together
Demo for years now, i suggest this doesnt actually happen or you'll kill the game just like many famous old racing games that used this technique, not everyone can afford the game nor pay trought the internet so i suggest they add more stuff into the Demo version
