The long awaited season finale is reached - unfortunatelly without intrigueing battle for main championship title. Still it's racing for pride and glory and it's gonna be held in same combination as last year's season opener - the electrified RX version of XFR will be run in Summer Grass Rally layout. Compared to last year,the car has lost some power and gained weight due battery enlargement,making it slower but also increasing it's range. Still the range is not big enough to complete the 16 laps race with full performance,so drivers will have to find some pace/range compromise. Alternativelly the pitlane is offering possibility to recharge battery,but despite being faster than real life recharge,it's still quite slow and most likelly is disadvantageous. And that 2 times to sum up in 1 round result as in previous electric powered round this year.

Even if drivers championship and nations cup has been decided,there are still few other awards awaiting for their owners - Rookie of the year,Cross challenge,Megawatt award and Teams championship. A total of 29 drivers have qualified for season finale and have the possibility to impact decisions of all open awards - new signups are not possible anymore.

Podium places were closely fought between ZFRL's Thehemuli, RG's LORENZO & LM's Sobis in both heats.

For the 2nd day in row in LFS community there was an event consisting of 2 races and using electric powered cars with range smaller than race distance. Even if only 3 were racing in both events,almost all racers knew how to do stuff and finished both races without need to recharge the battery despite rallycross driving being rather ineffective regarding energy use.

This was the 2nd round with 2-race format in AWS,previous being run with car with longer range and on paved surface,still the race results were the same also this monday - A.Valta had no competition and run away from rest of the field unchallenge to win both races and score all 22 points from round once again. The rest of the podium was also a repeat - Thehemuli took 2nd place in 1st race and finished 3rd in 2nd,but still clinched 2nd place in round,Lorenzo finished 3rd,beat the finn on 2nd race,but with much smaller gap and ended 3rd in overall round results.
