It is intentional that one of the seats is left stock. You don't need 2 sport seats in a racing/drifting car. So you can leave the other seat stock for a passenger..

Car seats are pretty heavy, so who would install a racing seat and a stock seat? Swap both or non.

I think is a rim for a SUV or a truck (like Toyota previa for example, Idk how say that on english) may be "familiar truck"
