ADDA TDR15 plus
Sometimes manufacturers take something away from you and charge you more money in return. In this case they have taken your passanger seat and your rollover protection only to give you a lightweight "aero cover". For these seemingly minor modifications ADDA charge you 200.000 Euros; that is if you already own the TDR15...

Meet the barely road legal ADDA TDR15 plus!

This is the lightweight trackday version of the original car. Because ADDA are now free from strict Le Mans regulations they were able to turn up the boost for 685hp @ 4200RPM. This is made possible by ceramic bearings and a milled titanium turbine. The new turbocharger has practically removed turbo lag aswell. Thanks to the original LMP top-exit exhaust and some software tuning the torque curve has become more linear. But don't think that this has become a high-revving petrol engine! 1400Nm of torque at 2500RPM will break the rear wheels loose every time. Because ADDA call this a "professional driving machine" they have removed the heavy AWD-system and added a 5-speed racing transmission straight from the racetrack.

Additionally you will get a full aero package including a bigger wing and diffusor. This setup will produce touring-car levels of downforce. While you can still put road tires on the carbon fiber aero wheels, ADDA recommend slicks for track use.

The most obvious modification is the weight reduction package. It includes improved suspension, a more spartan interior and a lightweight seat. The engineers claim they have saved 10kg on paint! With it's new rollover bar alone the centre of gravity has been lowered by 4,2069%.

This might be worth 200.000 Euros after all...

Look, here's what I'm actually planning in game:
-weight reduction
-wider track, bigger tires, new suspension
-engine further forward
-lots of aero (adjustable)
-modified frame
-new sound
-new wheels
-modified interior
-pit limiter and TC (this actually works on RWD cars)
-many visual mods

The first pics already have most of the planned visuals, but everything is a pretty much a placeholder. I will make an update every few days (when I finalise the different modifications), so don't be confused about the chronology of the uploaded pics.

Also the "normal" TDR15 is far from finished, so keep that thread in mind.
The normal version and the "plus" next to each other. This time the visuals only took a couple of hours, but I struggle more with the handling.

Made some progress on the "plus" version. I added a new wing, wider fenders and some engine detail. Probably uploading next week.

Great mods, very racing, much spirit !
I finally made a racing livery and refined some visual details. Physics have been reworked extensively, I think it's ready to go public!

Here are some screenshots at "night":

Decided to add some more features. More vents are now see through so you can see the intercooler and the air intakes. The brake cooling vent has been opened too.
Downforce is very variable now. You can adjust it from almost nothing to about 4500N at 40m/s. This was done to make everything more beginner friendly. You can still spin it at 1500RPM in 5th gear however, so use TC if you need to.
The gauges now light up if you hit the upshift point.
