Sometimes manufacturers take something away from you and charge you more money in return. In this case they have taken your passanger seat and your rollover protection only to give you a lightweight "aero cover". For these seemingly minor modifications ADDA charge you 200.000 Euros; that is if you already own the TDR15...
Meet the barely road legal ADDA TDR15 plus!
This is the lightweight trackday version of the original car. Because ADDA are now free from strict Le Mans regulations they were able to turn up the boost for 685hp @ 4200RPM. This is made possible by ceramic bearings and a milled titanium turbine. The new turbocharger has practically removed turbo lag aswell. Thanks to the original LMP top-exit exhaust and some software tuning the torque curve has become more linear. But don't think that this has become a high-revving petrol engine! 1400Nm of torque at 2500RPM will break the rear wheels loose every time. Because ADDA call this a "professional driving machine" they have removed the heavy AWD-system and added a 5-speed racing transmission straight from the racetrack.
Additionally you will get a full aero package including a bigger wing and diffusor. This setup will produce touring-car levels of downforce. While you can still put road tires on the carbon fiber aero wheels, ADDA recommend slicks for track use.
The most obvious modification is the weight reduction package. It includes improved suspension, a more spartan interior and a lightweight seat. The engineers claim they have saved 10kg on paint! With it's new rollover bar alone the centre of gravity has been lowered by 4,2069%.
This might be worth 200.000 Euros after all...
