I was doing some research and found out that on some irl championships teams use tyre warmers and on some others they dont. Would be good if you could set up the starting temperature of tires on races/qualy like we do on hotlap mode. (also set the starting temperature for all cars on a server)

Also regarding to tires aswell, i think it should be possible to individually change tires during pitstops, for example, on some WEC races some teams decide to double stint tires or only change 2 or even 1. That way we could play a bit more during races.
