Hi what an earth is the problem with my LFS fonts, which suddenly
started to be unreadable
( Can't remember any major changes in software/hardware )



Used Ati Catalyst unistaller and removed & re-installed the Catalyst 6.5 drivers ( the latest available for Radeon 9250 lol )
Everything worked fine before though. And re-installing had no effect.

So ... Re-installed LFS .... Still no change ....
tried Shift+F5 to reload current language pack .... nada
tried different language's in LFS & different resolutions/refresh rates ..... again no effect at all

IS there anything to do except reinstall XP ???

I had two working installs of LFS : LFS S2Q to use with LFSTweak and
LFS S2U20 for normal use

Both worked fine before & both not working anymore font wise ... BAH !

Any ideas ?

That would be your graphics settings.

Before you uninstall or reinstall any drivers, just go into your ATI graphics settings and make sure the default settings are set...

What causes this is the "Texture Preference" and "Mipmap Detail Level" set to Low Quality. Turn it up to High Quality, it has to be like that.
