DFP config switching without Profiler
Hi there,

Im just curious if anyone knows how to do following. I often switch between "Combined" and "Separated" pedal axes on my DFP. I do this using Gaming Devices menu in Control Panels(maybe via some special shortcut). Is it possible to open directly DFP options, so I dont have to click on "Logitech Driving Force Pro USB" > Properies.... it is quite obstructing to do this everytimes when I switch axes settings.

I know that Logitech Profiler can do this, but:
1) I dont want to bleed RAM on this crap
2) As far as I figured out it sometimes work a little bit tricky(just my personal opinion)
3) I would have to launch LFS via Profiler which finally means the same obstruction as switching axes via Control Panels.

I hope you understand what do I want to do......
I don't know if it's possible to shortcut link direct to DFP properties.

I just use the profiler and it causes zero problems. And from it you can have a different profile for every game, including seperate or combined pedals. If you were prepared to use it (4 meg it seems to grab from me) you'd never need to alter the properties again.

Let us know if you find this shortcut though. Would be handy to know.

So you're looking for a feature which the profiler obviously does offer but you'd rather not use the profiler because of system load?

On my rather slow and old system, the profiler has currently wasted:
  • 0.006% cpu time.
  • 0.2% memory.
For something you're actually using, i'd say this amount of resource use is quite reasonable.

Edit: Item 3 in your list isn't correct, the profiler applies profiles based on which program is active, not based on how you start it.
