Just wondering if any1 can give me any tips to improve quality, i had to compress it using virtual dub to Divx 5.0.2 to get it from 100mb to 2mb but the quality just became very poor, any1 with any tips here is a screenshot of different codecs i can compress to

Try lowering the resolution?
Also, 5mb is fine for a 30 sec clip
