Im trying to unlock S2 from the demo version but every time I do so it says I cannot connect to the master server, I have turnt off the firewall compleatly.

and my bro can still use hes version on the other computer.

what can I do.

You can unlock LFS under Vista with the latest test patch!

I placed the patch in the main folder, which now I can connect to the server, but Im getting a Unlocking error this time?

if it was me i would re extract lfs.

wont help - to get LFS working on Vista you need the latest test patch (U25) - which you have to download U, then the U25 zip for

I have extracted the test patch into LFS and no luck im currently backing up all my files and then Im going to dual boot Vista Ultimate and Windows XP Home.

Well unlocking is supposed to work in Vista now, though, so you should probably report this in the test patch thread so Scawen can take a look at it.

There was a thread exclusively for Vista unlocking aswell, but the Forum search gave so many sesults of equal threads that IM not sure which thread Scawen will actually read.
