can someone make me a skin with the philippine flag as a design? i would like the skin for the FOX. also can someone put the flag startinf from the nose to the end. so each side will have different colors.

You could almost just modify a Czech Republic flag (similar flag) skin for some car, and change the colors. I've seen some made for CZ fans, but altering such a skin without permission (and to deface their flag/design on the skin), it might not be a good idea. But it could at least give you inspiration. Look at the A1GP CZ car for example.
