Just went to an emty server, selected a track and started, after a few meters joined spectator and went to inferno for a setup, came back tried to join, but not aloud to join midrace, but the server was emty so the race would never end... I was not able to vote for restart or so, because I was not in the race... solution, leave the server join it again and dont go spectate if your the only one on the server...

simple bug, hope it is as simple to solve

Some people have hadthis before. It's a known issue (currently solved with an admin), but I think Scawen will fix that easily enough.
