Choosing a league
The sheer amount of different leagues in LFS confounds me. Is there some database of them where I could find one right for me. Also, based on my stats, what kind of league do you think I should join? Also, I can only race Friday-Sunday, so that might narrow down the options.
I would say don't get involved with a league yet, you're new to LFS and you're bound to make some mistakes while driving which could mean big consequences if it happens in a league. Stick to public racing until you get to something like 5000 miles then start to consider leagues.

(This is my opinion, you don't have to follow it )
Depends on what you like. You seem to favor open wheel cars and you only have significant laps on a couple of tracks. The highest pecentage on Aston club... which honestly is not that challenging.

You have low miles and your times are not that great (no disrespect intended) so whatever league you join, you will be in the lower pools. This is not a bad thing, you will get to race people who are at a similar level.

Choose a type of car or cars to race and look for leauges that offer multiple pools (based on qualifying times or hotlaps) with a good level of people racing. If you want to try a bunch of different cars, try the OLFSL.

Look in the league section of the forums.

With low milage the best thing is to concentrate on one car you enjoy driving, so join a league that only uses that car for all races. This makes it easier to learn new tracks because you already know the car well enough and also easier when it comes to building your own sets.

You're going to have to like hotlapping because practice is the only way you're going to get quick at a track. Online races are fun but they don't really build speed quick enough. You'll also need to do a lot of laps to get a setup built that lasts more than 5 laps as most league races are longer than online races. The best way to hotlap is to create your own server, make it private and just drive. You'll be clocking up more miles on your licence which will make it easier when looking for a team to join or leagues are selective to who they let in.

You'll be limited by your availabilty so look for leagues that race on weekends and use a car you like. Remember most leagues use GMT and UTC time so you'll have to convert it to your local time zone to get local times. Good luck with your search.

I would put in more miles at different tracks with different cars...in other words, dive into the unfamiliar.
