Well just like the title states, I've been looking for a Server that allows TWEAK. If there are none is it possible to make one? I'll be willing to set one up if I'm able to make the server for tweak.

You cannot "allow" tweak. You can make a server with a certain tweak loaded, and everyone who wants to join MUST use the same exact tweak as the server. Generally enabling any tweak for a server is not possible.

there's no such thing as a "general" tweak server

there are many problems with this
1. you all have to have the EXACT same tweaks
2. you'll extremely screw up your personal record times if you dont know what you're doing
3. refer to 1 again

you can only make tweak servers with a group of guys you talk to through chat, if someone made a big tweak server, chances are it wouldn't turn out so great

WoW thats pretty crazy Yoo.. I was looking @ 500servers.com and was woundering how you would request that? Also where would I post the tweak for people at? I'm sure I can get some people to get on the server. Would I post it under general discussion?

you dont request it from 500 servers - not only do you BUY servers off them, but they only use Dedi's, and the tweak would need the full version

which means.. if you wanted to have a server with tweaks you and your buddies can play with, you have to send them the tweaks (links or ..actually send them through AIM or MSN or whatever) and then find someone that can run a server from his computer

Yes I know you buy them off of them but how else would I be able to start a server?

by forwarding the ports and then going Multiplayer>Start New Game?
