only when racing online it happens about every 4secs the game freezes for about .05 secs and i get like a clicking noise ni my headset it was all working fine then one night logged on and it was locking tried for 4 nights to fix it run gtr2 with no problems at all online thankyou in advance

By any chance do you have a Sound Blaster Sound Card?? Which one?

Also what are your other specs?
