The online racing simulator
Season 2 comes to an end
By winning the last race of the season, Cyber Racing has won the second season of the Masters of Endurance League. After a conservative start of the season, they have won the last four races, including the 24h at Aston. Cybers main opponent tHUNder Racing, who won the first two races of the season, managed to stay ahead of OCRANA in the overal standings. Both teams had a troublesome race with penalties and disconnections sending them back to positions 7 (OCRANA) and 9 (tHUNder Racing). Behind OCRANA, Mercury Racing team secured fourth place in the championship after having competed in only five races of the season.

Best non-FZR team of the season is pod - virtual racing, who finished 7th in the overal standings, just behind 1ST Racing (5th) and GRENTIS Racing Team (6th). #low-racing ended in a very respectable 8th place, considering they joined the championship at the third race of the season. German teams masterblasters and HFD Racing finished just ahead of the remaining two XRR teams: n!faculty (former champion) and Pedal to the Metal Racing. Clownpaint, teamXFR, Triple 7 Racing, Zwarte Wind Racing, iNF!N!tY*Skills and ProDrive Racing FZR complete the championship standings of the currently active teams.

The Masters of Endurance team would like to thank all drivers who have been driving in any of the races this season; the ESL, n!faculty and Clownpaint for proving us servers (both LFS as webspace); Wolle Tom for letting us use his great lfs-tracker software; Morrow Designs for their renders; gamer-fm for their broadcasting; Mika Radmer for his very interesting commentating; Theo Laas for co-commentating and furthermore all the other people that have contributed to the league in any way.

The complete standings can be found here.
I'd like to:

- Congratulate Cyber Racing with the championship... well deserved; no question about it! Have you actually made one mistake this season?
- Thank the admins for letting us participate in this series and for the excellent organisation of this season. It was a pleasure to be part of it!
- Thank Mika and Theo for having the balls to do the coverages, and doing a great job in that.
- Thank all the participating teams for the great and fair fights during the whole season.

And last but not least:
- Thank my team mates for their efforts and for the fun we've had during the preparations and during and after the races... we've been very unlucky during this season and I think the drivers didn't always get what they deserved (i.e. disconnects in 5 out of the 6 races) but all in all it's been a great experience. Still being 5th overall is a good reward to all those involved, so congratulations!

We're looking forward to be back next season!

(but dont expect much...it was written while being drunk)
Cyber Racing would like to thank the MoE admins, Mika & Gamer-FM for live coverage, all the other teams&drivers we had a chance to race with. Personally I want to thank my team mates aswell for the effort they put down to change the course after the first two races. I can't say that we didnt do any mistakes or had any problems, but we were fortunate enough that those didnt cost us too much. It was nice experience to go through all this as a team.

It was indeed an amazing season and hopefully everybody enjoyed it. We surely did.

See you all next season
I'd like to thank the Admins and other Teams for having us. Lets hope my team can keep the momentum going and learn from any mistakes made this season.
What can i say... there is nothing more to add. congratulations to cyber and a big thanks to all of you, both; admins and the teams, for making this league what it is !

i hope to see you guys in the next season
Congratulations to Cyber, very well done!

Best non-fzr-team down to 7th place, that hurts.
But thanks especially to all fzr-teams placed lower in the list, was worth it!

I hope, we will get some balancing for the next season, so it would not be an one-car-league.

You admins did a very good job, thanks for that.

But a little note: A view more Updates on the MoE-Page would have been nice, also some advertisement to put the League more in the spotlight. At the end of the season MoE-driving was in my mind a kind of undercover-racing.

We also want to congratulate Cyber Racing Team to this amazing win. Very well deserved. Smooth driving guys!

Big thanks to all admins in the MoE organization making this possible.

Of course a big thx to all participating teams for the eXtreme Fun Racing we had ...

Also a big thanks and admirations to my team mates. This season wasn't at all what we expected, we were ready to take a step up to a top 5 team. Unfortunately the team almost fell apart. We could repair it though with big help from friends like nRcToretto and BurnOut (who later become a team member). Thx to the new drivers, BurnOut, Davo, PowerSlave and Ludia3 I hope we now are ready to take that further step next season ...

I agree on the last bit, it was quite frustrating to be able to spend only the absolutely necessary time on the league. I would've liked to spend a little more, just to make the league feel more like a real racing series. We will try to cover this area more in next seasons.
