Why does only the BMW F1 car have auto-clutch and the other openwheelers don't? Will this be added?

IRL the other cars wouldn't have them, if you assume the FO8 is a Formula 3000 (NOT GP2, F3K) car and FOX is a Formula Renault (that is the concensus on what they are, pretty much).

You kind of have a point: Our Formula Student car uses auto-clutch too (you have a handclutch for the start). It even features TC. Well the MRT5 might be technologically worse than our car
