How can i get some lights into the game ? Where shall i save the file ? :/

u cant create new lights or import some, but u can change the current ones when u edit the interior dds file of the car what u want to change.

Open up the appropriate dds file in a painting program which supports them. (Photoshop and Paintshop Pro both support it, after downloading the dds plugin from the Nvidia site.)
