hi im want to start skining but i dont know how to put decals on a car can you help me out?

Do you know how to use layers?

What seems to be the hard part?

1) open a default skin, save as a different name but keep first 3 letters the same
2) open a decal, copy it then paste it onto the skin
3) resize it, rotate it, position it where you want.
4) save the skin.

that's it.
