Hi, I'm not sure, if it can really be called "bug". But if on you have "throttle cut" set "on" and "throttle blip" off (for example on STCC servers it's forced set with FXO), so you manually press the throttle in downshift, LFS cut the throttle, so the blip is not correct and sometimes, the wheels get locked. It's also much slower than if it's done correct (well, it's fastest if done by lfs /TC=on, TB=off/, but it's not so funny). The help is called "throttle cut on upshift" so I guess, it should not cut on downshift. Maybe I'm wrong
Just try it yourselves - set TC=on, TB=on, then go on straight and downshift with full throttle. LFS release the throttle just a bit. But if you do the same with TC=on and TB=off, LFS fully release the throttle.
