I/we need som asistance here! We are trying to run a LAN game. I host, but what shall i write in the "IP adress"?

your ip address is the LAN address of the pc your hosting the game with normally something like 192.168.11.x (or similar)
to check doubleclick your network icon on your autostart bar right side on the bottom of your screen
click on the network tab then and you see what internal ip address your pc has
