Scawen, Probably not a bug, but just an oversight, on tracks (such as SO2,SO3,FE6 (RallyX Green), if a driver recieves a drive through penalty, they cannot serve it, maybe it should be changed to a 30 second penalty or 45 seconds.

Also, when auto-kick is off, and someone crosses the 4M line, maybe attributing a 45 second penalty to them, instead of nothing would be another idea also?
