The league administration does not deal with the public server administration, they are seperate organisations with different staff. The STCC League has different staff to the STCC public servers (SRA).
You can contact the SRA public servers via PM. eMailing the League Administration puts you in touch with me.
Up until now when people have emailed or messaged me with questions on their public server bans I have been replying and then dealing with the usual discourse (nobody is ever at fault, apparently
).
However at the moment I am extremely busy with real life and don't have time to chase the necessary information out of you all (demanding explanations from me whilst in a fit of anger for some reason often leads to ommitting a critically important piece of information ... the licence name, I dont usually do the bans myself so i've no idea why you where banned and have to look it up ).
If you've been banned and want to know why please use the reporting form to request the information on why you've been penalised rather than sending your tirades to me. You'll find that it expediates resolution if you include your licence name too.
