My windows are hop me out this massage today all the time:

Windows - System Error
There is an IP address conflict with another system on network

I press to turn it off and it hops out again and again, and it's not just that. Inernet is slow like hell. It's slower 5 times.

So I'm thinking can someone tell me how to change IP address?

Is your ip static or dynamic (DHCP)? If it's static your internet connection will not work if you change the ip address.

If it's dynamic turning your computer of for about 15 minutes could help. You could also try:

Do you use a router and DHCP to get an IP or you have a static IP? If you could go into command prompt and type "ipconfig /all" and post the results here it would help.

Right click on the network adapter icon in your system tray, choose status and then the support tab. Tells you what your IP is and whether it's static or dhcp assigned.
Are you connected via a router or a modem, if you're directly connected and you're getting duplicate IP errors, contact your ISP.

Niki from my experiences these problems go away by themselves eventually. What I am saying is: Maybe your ISP is just having problems right now and that you should not try to fix what is not (really) broken.

this ipconfig/release helped me, thank you guys for help. I think I'll got new address tomorrow and there will be no problem. For today I'll work like this
