I was actually thinking of doing the same thing. I'd buy a voucher and make a thread in wich I ask any demo racer to give the best reason(s) for me to give him/her an S2 license.
That is exactly the way I won an expensive custom built guitar at a famous TV show.

I felt generous since I went back on to a demo server for the first time since buying S2, this was a few months back mind you.

I was going to do the "Give a reason why I should buy you S2" thing, but there is too much opportunity to lie and give a bogus reason.

This is fair and easy. It's not 100% fair, its more of luck of the draw.
