I dont know how to get skins to even show up in game. so if someone can tell me how i can get them to show up in game to where everyone can see them when i drive that would be great.
You need to upload them somewhere, like a web site and get people to download them. The automated skin download feature is only available to licensed people.

For you to see your skins in lfs you need to add it to your colours list which there are many guides about for.
The automatic skin download option is only available to licenced user's and not demo user's. The only way for it to show up in demo is to give the skin to everyone and they put it into their skins_x folder.
