More Than 8 Shadows At A Time
Why does LFS not do more than 8 shadows at a time - it makes full-grid pics like this look really crap
Well you don't have to go to full grid to make it look like shit, it only takes 9.

+1 it is really is an eye-sore. You rarely notice whilst driving/playing, and fps is more important there, so in addition some kind of replay specific option would be useful.
(Shadows Drawn: 8
Shadows Drawn in Replay: 32).
Those of us who have computers from the 21st century would like to have the 32 shadows while racing as well.

I think both race and replay shadow settings should be adjustable.

It was already suggested 'years' before. Scawen said if he allows more than 8 shadows LFS gets freezed. As I know he still didn't find a way to correct this 'bug'.

what do you mean "too demanding"? tried playing GTR2 on a low spec PC recently?
No, GTR2 can run quite well with low end games, try TDU if it even starts... now that is a demanding game.

Anyways, yes for more shadows, and along with the GI type shadows too.
I asked that Scawen a loooooong time ago and got confirmed what was said above already.LFS with more then 8 shadows start showing weird things:-(.Just looking at the tempreture LFS produce on my graphic card it shows then its very unused in LFS.Get 58 degree with 7900GT while in other demanding games up to 70.

It looks nowdays really crappy looking at replays or pictures and this shadow "bug".sometimes might be hard to atract customers and dont tell me nobody looks at how LFS graphic looks.

+1 for selectable option for numer of drawed shadows.
