Not sure where to post this one, so i'll ask here as it's not a bug or a request, just a question?

With the latest test patches where you can restrict the engine BHP etc etc I am interested in how PB's are recorded in these cars.

For instance if you 'detune' your car and make a 500 BHP car only 400BHP then chances are you won't be able to see your PB's in the 400BHP car if you have already run laps on the same track with a 500BHP car.

Does anyone know how you can get around this as obviously i don't want to go through deleting my pb's in the 500BHP car just so i can see the PB's created in the 400BHP car?

afaik theres nothing that can be done beside deleting current PB's

that's what i feared..... hmmm maybe i'll put it in to an 'improvement' post, however should i wait until X is out before doing this?

I wouldn't bother. It's not likely it will happen. LFSWorld would have to track a huge number of different versions of the cars and configurations.

Yup, like for the uf1 we did yesterday justin, we could have 6000 different versions of it
50 possibilities for air intake
120 possibilities for ballast

50 x 120 = 6000


Don't forget the position for the ballast as well, but i forgot how that slider worked, and dont have lfs nearby.

i'm not talking about something that is in LFS online, but a way that on your own computer there is a way to record different PB's depending upon the settings of the car...

or maybe. a standard PB (based on no restrictor plate) and a modified PB, this can be anything and there is only one per car, but when you delete the pb - its' only the modified one not the standard one
