I'm new here - quick question. Now we have been trying to get the server appear on the master server list, however, it's still not shown. How long time should we expect from we start the server (all udp/tcp ports are open correct) to we should see the server on the master list

It should show up pretty much immediately. Make sure you're viewing all servers, and not just ones with people playing.
